Kasbah of Algiers

Continuing your stroll through the Casbah, you’ll come across the Dar Aziza and Jenina palaces, the very type of 16th-century Algerian house.

The Tassili n’Ajjer plateau

The Tassili n’Ajjer, located in southeastern Algeria, is a vast plateau that extends over a large part of the Sahara desert. It’s surrounded by mountains, dunes and vast stretches of desert.

Rock paintings and engravings are also present.

Hoggar (Algerian Sahara)

Hoggar is the name given to a mountain range in the western Sahara, in southern Algeria. A breathtaking landscape with its highest mountain, Tahat in the center of the Atakor range, rising to 2,918 meters. The Atakor plateau, at an altitude of over 2,000 metres, is home to numerous volcanoes and offers magnificent landscapes between mountains and desert.
